Bedroom Two contains two single profiling beds, which can be configured as a super king. The trifold doors open out onto patio area.
The Shower Room has waterfall and handheld showerheads, level access toilet and sink, and heated towel rail.
The Utility Room contains a Belfast sink and sluicing tap, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

The Snug has a cozy seating area with a wall mounted smart tv, and a bookcase with a range of books and maps of the local area.

First floor:
The light and airy Landing Area has a reading nook with a bookshelf.
Bedroom Three has the option to configure two single beds or a link king size, and storage space. Please note the ceiling has low clearance.

Outdoors:
A spacious outdoor patio, with outdoor dining furniture, can be accessed from sliding patio doors from the kitchen/ dining and the Bedroom Two. From the patio, there is a path leading to the driveway at the front of the property, and a gently sloping path to the bottom of the garden and lawns.

Patio doors from Bedroom One open onto the Sensory Garden, containing a second outdoor dining furniture set. The resin flooring has glow-in-the-dark stones scattered throughout, that can be enjoyed at night.
