Bedroom Two
Bedroom Two contains two single profiling beds, which can be configured as a super king. The trifold doors open out onto patio area.
Kitchen/ Diner
Level entrance into open plan Kitchen/Diner. Dining table seating for up to six guests, with slide and glide electric oven, microwave, and adjustable height worktop with induction hob and kitchen sink. There is also a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wall mounted smart tv, trifold doors opening out onto patio area, and far reaching views of the local Dales.
We provide bowls, plates, utensils and basic cooking implements, such as a kettle, pots and pans. We also provide a high powered blender, and one dishwasher tablet per day.
Sensory Garden
The Sensory Garden is available just off Bedroom One and is also accessible from the hallway. Whilst we are doing this are up, you can still access the outside patio table and enjoy the glow in the dark flooring.
Bedroom One
Bedroom One contains one single profiling bed with cot sides, a regular bed, electric tracking hoist from the bed to wet room, an H frame covering the bedroom area, storage space, and a smart tv. The trifold doors open out onto hard standing, shaded sensory garden.
Wetroom
Attached to Bedroom One is the Wet Room, with an electric shower, adjustable height dropdown shower bench, WC with grabrails and bidet, variable height wash basin, and heated towel rail.
Shower Room
The Shower Room has waterfall and handheld showerheads, level access toilet and sink, and heated towel rail.
Snug
The Snug has a cozy seating area with a wall mounted smart tv, and a bookcase with a range of books and maps of the local area.
Hallway
Landing Area
The light and airy Landing Area has a reading nook with a bookshelf.

Utility Room
The Utility Room contains a Belfast sink and sluicing tap, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Guests are provided with one washing machine tablet per day of booking.

Bedroom Three has the option to configure two single beds or a link king size, and storage space.

Outdoors:
A spacious outdoor patio, with outdoor dining furniture, can be accessed from sliding patio doors from the kitchen/ dining and the Bedroom Two. From the patio, there is a path leading to the driveway at the front of the property, and a gently sloping path to the bottom of the garden and lawns.
Patio doors from Bedroom One open onto the Sensory Garden, containing a second outdoor dining furniture set. The resin flooring has glow-in-the-dark stones scattered throughout, that can be enjoyed at night.
